Learning With Leaflings: An SEL learning game for little kids

Welcome to Learning With Leaflings!

In this role-playing game made for young adventurers and problem solvers, your players will take on the role of Leaflings, little plant peoples who inhabit a town in the middle of an enchanted forest!  This town, like all others, will have challenges that your characters must face together, and, in the process, will teach about core social-emotional skills for pre-K kids.  Players will grow their skills just like the leaves from the top of their noggins to use for future adventures and help each other see the importance of paying attention to feelings, listening, taking a pause, and more… all while having fun telling a story together.

Made for pre-K SEL teaching

Learning With Leaflings was made to align with a particular pre-K social-emotional learning curriculum to assist with immersive demonstrations of core concepts that appeared throughout the curriculum.  This was co-authored between Alex G., the teacher using the material, and Steph from TTRPGkids.

While intended for use in a particular class, this material can also be used for other classes or for at home use, as you see fit, so we decided to publish it for general use!
