In Episode 16, I talk about how TTRPGs can help kids (and everyone in general) to learn to love learning and to build skills that provide the resources needed to be an active and engaged learner. Learning is often seen as a chore because it’s part of a mandated set of activities during school, which, despite our best intentions, don’t always support what students really need or want. TTRPGs help to provide a fun and enjoyable learning environment with resources and critical skill building for effective learning, and they can be an amazing tool for turning changing a mindset on what learning is.
